Element Me'Aisam, Dubai Hotel

I had a decent experience during my Easter stay at this hotel. The best aspect was the friendly and cooperative staff. They were always ready to assist and made my day with their helpful attitude. Another positive aspect was the breakfast provided. The chef prepared a fantastic spread, and I particularly enjoyed trying out the Fatta dish, a pleasant surprise. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to key attractions in the city.

There were a few aspects that I did not appreciate. the rooms had inadequate lighting, making it quite dark, especially at night.

This hidden gem is an oasis of peace, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. The pool offers a refreshing escape from the hot weather, while the spacious breakfast place serves a healthy and fulfilling meal. The front office staff, particularly Ankush, goes above and beyond to assist guests in planning sightseeing activities tailored to their needs. The hotel's green concept is truly impressive, adding to the unique experience.

Some taxis had trouble locating the hotel, requiring guests to provide directions.

New, clean property. Helpful, friendly staff and chef. Serene, quiet atmosphere. Excellent memories, wonderful breakfast. Unique green concept, oasis of peace. Comfortable bed, delicious breakfast. Spacious, well-equipped room. Great value for money. Ready to help.

Nothing to complain about at all.

During our recent stay at Element, we were pleased with the new and clean hotel. The staff, especially the Kenyan lady at the front desk, were cute, always had a smile on their faces, and responded promptly to our needs. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the room furniture was in excellent condition.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as limited underground parking and the need for more gym equipment, these did not greatly impact our overall experience.
