I had a decent experience during my Easter stay at this hotel. The best aspect was the friendly and cooperative staff. They were always ready to assist and made my day with their helpful attitude. Another positive aspect was the breakfast provided. The chef prepared a fantastic spread, and I particularly enjoyed trying out the Fatta dish, which was a pleasant surprise. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to key attractions in the city.
There were a few aspects that I did not appreciate. the rooms had inadequate lighting, making it quite dark, especially at night.

The pool offers a refreshing escape from the hot weather, while the spacious breakfast place serves a healthy and fulfilling meal. The front office staff, particularly Ankush, goes above and beyond to assist guests in planning sightseeing activities tailored to their needs. The hotel's green concept is truly impressive, adding to the unique experience.
Some taxis had trouble locating the hotel, requiring guests to provide directions.

During our recent stay at Element, we were extremely pleased with the new and clean property. The staff, especially the Kenyan lady at the front desk, were welcoming, always had a smile on their faces, and responded promptly to our needs. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the room furniture was in excellent condition. the finishing of the hotel was top-notch and created a pleasant atmosphere for our stay.
Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as limited underground parking and the need for more gym equipment, these did not greatly impact our overall experience.
